If you think that there's only one way to learn a foreign language, we have to tell you that you're wrong! One of the greatest opportunities is to join the Tandem Programme. What is it all about? Two students from different countries learn each other their mother tongue on the basis of give'n'get. And it's not only about languages - you may also find a good friend from all around the world, talk about interesting topics, gain experience by using the target language in authentic situations, learn more about another's character and culture and much more!
Our web in Tandem program acts as an information source and mediator - it gives you an overview how the Get Tandem site works. For example: if you feel like teaching French, just click the link above and sign in! Then you will be able to look for people willing to study the language you are offering to teach and vice versa based on the location where you are now.
However, whether you contact each other and how you decide to spend the time together, where and how often is only up to you! :-)
