ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Annual General Meeting of ESN Sections, also known as AGM, takes place once a year at the end of March. It is the main decision-making body of ESN International. All the official sections are invited to decide about how the network should be run the following year. The program usually begins on Thursday evening and the official Meeting is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

CZECH NATIONAL PLATFORM (NP) – spring
National Platform generally is a meeting of all ESN Sections from given nation. In the Czech Republic it takes place twice a year (April, November) and also all existing non-ESN clubs are invited. Usually, about 40 people meet there and the weekend is full of knowledge-sharing, discussions about all matters concerning ESN in the Czech Republic and also full of fun:)

Conference for all ESN members about how to raise as much fun(d) as possible:)
October – November
REGIONAL PLATFORMS – CEP, NEP, SEEP, SWEP, WEP
In order to talk about issues that will be matter of discussion at the AGM, to exchange good practices about local activities and to start partnerships with other sections, ESN sections have the opportunity to meet at the regional platforms.
Central European Platform (CEP) - Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia
Northern Network Meeting (NEP) - Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
South-Eastern European Platform (SEEP) - Portugal, Spain, Italy, Morocco, France
South-Western European Platform (SWEP) - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, Turkey
Western European Platform (WEP) - Switzerland, The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, UK, Ireland
October – November
CULTURAL MEDLEY (CM)
In comparison with other ESN events that are mainly aimed at knowledge and experience exchange, Cultural Medley is focused mostly on cultural exchange. Issues important for ESN are dealt with, of course, but they do not form the very core of the meeting.

CEP Brno 2009
ESN International organises many international events throughout the year. Some of the most important meetings are Regional Platforms, platforms at which section members from a certain region come together to share knowledge, experience and culture, learn about new developments within the network and talk about all the things which concern their sections.
Most important regional platform for ISC MU is Central European Platform (CEP) where ESN members from Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia meet annualy.
CEP previously organized for example in Vienna (2006), Warsaw (2007) or Budapest (2008). Brno took it as a challenge and ISC MU together with ISC MZLU and ISC VUT decided to organize Central European Platform Brno 2009.
The Organizing Committee was voted in CEP Budapest and they are enthusiastically working on creating the best CEP ever! So book already your tickets, in the mid October 2009 Brno will be the place to be!

Special event on Thursday 11.3. 2010
We would like to invite you to the „Indonesian evening“ organized in cooperation with Indonesian Embassy. The programme comprises screening of an Indonesian movie Laskar Pelangi (Rainbow troops), tasting of Indonesian food and performance of Indonesian dances. You all are more then welcome to participate on this event.
If you are interested in coming, let us know in advance, so as we can arrange for you some acommodation (at someone’s place). On Friday morning there will be also some volunteers who will take care of you to fill in your free time :-)
